Jan grew up on a farm in Southeast Missouri and attended Crowley's Ridge College in Paragould, Arkansas. In 1977 she started the company, which has grown from a small five-person office in Roscoe, to over 130 agents and six locations today. Jan oversees the operation with the help of sales managers in each office and an outstanding support staff.... and is committed to providing the very best service to every agent and client. Jan is also involved in land development and the management of her personal real estate holdings.
