According to new research just concluded by the National Association of Realtors:
"Homeowners recognize the value and convenience of one stop shopping.
Buyers would prefer to work with Real Estate firms that offer a variety of
products and services. 66% of recent buyers said if they had to do
it again, they'd choose a firm that offered one stop shopping, 78% said one
stop shopping was appealing and 32% said they'd pay more for the convenience
of one stop shopping." |
